How much do you need?
A majority of the benefit of this essential element can be derived from a simple MWR (minimum weekly requirement) of vitamin ex. For those of you who are vitamin ex deficient the minimum weekly requirement that I prescribe is to walk 12 miles a week. To simplify matters I define a mile as 20 minutes of walking. That is 4 hours of Aerobic exercise a week.
